Why Aren’t People Joining Your Home Business?
Do you want to know the number one reason that people don’t join your home business?
You may be really surprised at this.
You may be thinking of a lot of things like:
they don’t have the money,
they don’t have the time,
they need to think about it,
need to talk to the spouse.
Those are all the normal objections but you know what it is?
The number one reason that most people don’t get people to join their home business is:
They don’t ask.
They show them the business presentation, but they don’t get down to really asking for them to join their home business.
How do you do this and make it really, really simple so you’re not wondering what to say? There are three simple questions you can ask.
3 Very Simple Closing Questions to Get Your Prospects to Join Your Home Business
1. What did you like best about what you saw?
This is a great question to find out what’s important to your prospect because what motivates…motivates. You know you’re company is the best on the planet, but what does your prospect really care about? That’s what you need to focus in on.
Always remember: the person asking the questions is the person in control of the conversation, so you want to be asking the questions.
2. Do you see an opportunity for yourself with our team?
You might see it for yourself, other people may see it for them, but does this person that you’re talking to see it for themselves or not? Let them talk themselves into the opportunity. As they’re talking about why it is for them, they’re really talking themselves into it. I’ve actually asked that question and I’ve heard people say “well not really for me but I do know someone…” and then they give me a referral, which is still awesome.
3. Is there anything else you need to know before you get started?
They might actually say no, I’m ready!
Then, (this is the other key) do you know what to do when they say yes?
This has stopped a lot of people from getting people to join their home business because subconsciously they have this thing that holds them back because they don’t know what to do next.
Talk to your upline, talk to your mentors, find out what the next step is in your home business and make it really simple.
For example, if you’re on the phone with someone and they’re on your website, the next step would be to direct them to where they can sign up.
Then you’d point them to training to get them started.
This is a very simple explanation but talk with your team and see what their steps are to get that person started.
There are a whole lot more questions you can use in closing, a lot of different strategies, but these are some simple ones that you can put into practice right away.
